Headquartered in the heart of Silicon Valley, Caliism supports customers throughout the United States and internationally through an extensive network of technology and distribution resources.

Caliism Data Solutions helps organizations manage technology throughout the data center lifecycle. From infrastructure sourcing and deployment to migration, relocation, decommissioning, data destruction, and asset recovery, the Caliism team brings the resources and experience required to move complex projects forward.

Our approach is built around understanding what each customer actually needs. Rather than forcing projects into a predetermined solution, Caliism works closely with customers to evaluate requirements, identify practical options, coordinate resources, and execute with the responsiveness those projects demand.

Caliism brings together decades of experience across technology sales, infrastructure, operations, finance, and business management, with a shared focus on customer success and long-term relationships.

Anthony Rangel

Founder & CEO

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Anthony brings more than 15 years of technology sales experience to Caliism Data Solutions. He began his career in semiconductor sales as a Senior Account Executive managing small and mid-sized customers throughout the Bay Area and went on to become an experienced sales leader within the IT community.

Today, as Founder & CEO of Caliism Data Solutions, Anthony leads a technology organization supporting infrastructure from the core data center network to the edge and into the cloud. Working with organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, his focus remains on helping Caliism customers find practical solutions, build successful infrastructure, and develop lasting technology partnerships.

The Caliism philosophy of work-life balance is equally important to Anthony. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending professional sporting events, long-distance running, golf, snowboarding, fishing, boating, hiking, camping, and traveling.

Jonathan Saldivar

Co-founder & COO

Jonathan brings more than 20 years of computer and network equipment experience to the Caliism executive team. As Co-founder & COO, he combines operational leadership, industry experience, and a strong customer focus to help Caliism achieve its business objectives while ensuring client expectations are met.

Before joining Caliism, Jonathan served as both Inside Sales Manager and Operations Manager for a value-added reseller in Santa Clara, California. He later became Vice President of Sales Operations at another VAR before bringing that experience to the Caliism executive team.

A California native, Jonathan also embraces Caliism's work-life balance philosophy. When he isn't helping customers or managing operations, he enjoys traveling, hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding.

Larry Lessler

CFO Advisor

Larry brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, tax, human resources, and business management in Silicon Valley.

Throughout his career, he has managed mergers and acquisitions, started and sold companies, and built finance and administrative infrastructures for organizations including DreamWorks Animation, Apple Computer, Silicon Clocks, Astreya Partners, ServGate Technologies, Broadchoice, Virtual Visits, Adapt Clothing, Eat24, and Nimble Collective.

Larry began his Silicon Valley career with Ernst & Young and acquired his CPA license in 1981. He is a member of the AICPA and CalCPA and serves as a CFO Advisor through Lessler Associates.
